We are looking for a talented and experienced Cinematographer cum Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. This role involves shooting high-quality video content
and editing it to produce engaging and visually stunning pieces for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, strong technical skills, and experience with various types of digital content production, especially within a marketing context.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
. Plan, shoot, and direct video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, corporate videos, interviews, and more.
. Set up and operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and sound to capture high-quality footage.
. Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project vision and story, ensuring that each video meets the required brand standards.
Video Editing:
. Edit raw footage to create polished final videos, including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and text overlays.
. Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine video content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
. Maintain a library of footage, organized for quick and easy access.
Creative Collaboration:
. Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and innovative storytelling methods.
. Stay updated with industry trends and techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Project Management:
. Plan and schedule video shoots, managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
. Maintain high standards for quality and consistency across all videos.
Quality Assurance:
. Review and troubleshoot any visual or technical issues in the video footage.
. Ensure the final output is compatible with various platforms (social media, websites, ads) and optimized for performance.
Qualifications:
. Proven experience as a cinematographer and video editor, ideally in a digital marketing or agency setting.
. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
. Skilled in using various camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording tools.
. Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing video requirements is a plus.
. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
